Charity events are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Fees may be reduced or waived upon approval.
Rental Details
How time works:
You pay for your reserved event time (4-hour minimum).
We include +1 hour setup and +1 hour cleanup at no charge.
Additional time is billed per the agreement.
Beverages:
All beverages (including water and soda) are handled through the canteen.
Any exceptions must be approved in advance by the canteen manager.
To hold the date:
The following must be received at the VFW Canteen (call ahead 512-285-2300) - after which, you will receive the E-sign contract via email.
$400 reservation deposit (credited toward your rental total)
Separate $1000 check (held in a safe, on premises) for cleaning, damage, or overtime (returned after inspection)
Important:
Staff do not book dates or approve exceptions. All requests start with the form.
